On 5/29, I ordered a belt clip for my work phone from EliteXtreme. They took the money out of my PayPal account just an hour later. And then I waited. And waited.
My order hadn't been shipped by 6/15, so I sent them an email. I got a canned email response two days later about how my belt clip was on backorder, they should get it in a few days, ship it that day, etc.
Fast forward to 6/30. Still no belt clip. I email them again, asking them to ship my order or refund my money ASAP. This time there was no response whatsoever. I continue to wait.
By now it is 7/12, over six weeks after I placed my order with EliteXtreme. Calling the company proved useless, because even during business hours no one answered. I decided to file a dispute with PayPal, telling them a more detailed version of this story.
The very next day, I had the full amount of my order refunded back to my PayPal account, including shipping, which EliteXtreme claims is nonrefundable no matter what. There are two morals to this story; don't order from EliteXtreme, and if you do, use PayPal.
