Canceled a 7 day trial membership on the 7th day, it did not register with them or in email response from them until the next day (8 days).
According to the terms they charged my account $39.95
I contacted their customer service dept. And reported the discrepancy requesting a refund. They refused to refund based on their records showing the cancellation was done 1 day after the trial period was up.
They also hung up on me 2 times!
I looked over their site during the trial period and did not find any useful information, they make it look like you can find jobs through them but when you click on the links it sends you to an offer to get a certification or degree or be put on a 'preffered list' to maybe get a job.
This site is a waste of time & money!
