I purchased this productto try to fix problems I was having on my computer. The free scan showed 1600 errors in my registry. After running the software, it said it had fixed all 1600 errors, but the computer ran the same. I ended up reinstalling windows which reformatted my hard drive, and this completely removed the Max Secure Registry Cleaner.
Then I sent an e-mail asking for a refund. After finally getting them to understand that I reformatted the drive and do not have thier software, they want me to download it again, run it, and send them some king of report which it will generate. This is more than just questions.
The website boldely displays a "No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee" which is not worth the pixels it is written on.
