They enrolled me in this service without my knowledge, when i cancelled they continued to bill with a different company name financialdealsdirect

I was enrolled in this program without my consent. When I saw the charge on my bank statement, I called May 27th and cancelled. They said ok, and promised a refund in 72 hours.

Neither happened. I was billed again, this time a diff, company name and phone number.

I threatened to go to mny bank and file a fraud charge. They then refunded the 2nd charge on the condition itook no action.

I cannot get them to refund the May charge. They are rude, give several different phone numbers. Impossible to resolve
