Jefferson Montoya is a FRAUD and a THIEF.

He claims he is a website designer and graphic artist but he could not complete my clients website and has disappeared with her money.
He has been pushing her off to later and later dates when he communicates with her at all, sometimes going for weeks with no contact!
His excuse for the no contact was that he was in Jail.
Now he refuses to communicate with her by phone.
