I signed up for the wildcoins like I had done in the past. Because in the past I could cancel whenever I wanted. Was a great deal if i wanted to just play a little game and not spend a lot of money. I decided to sign up again everything looked the same as before, they did not inform me that the terms had changed or that I was signing up for a year long agreement.
I tried to cancel As I am moving to someplace with only dial up service:- (and I figure it would not be a good use of work time to use up my remaining wildcoins. So I sent and email to cancel. Only to be talked down to by some rude customer service representative that told me I could not cancel without paying the remainder of my commitment that I did not know i was committing to.
Very deceptive in the way they do business and not flexible at all if you need help from this company. I would not use. Target and I am sure others sell the giftcards for this site. Use that if you must play games here.
