I found this service which plays songs of the 1960s on YouTube. It looked good. I sent an e-mail asking how to subscribe, and they replied. I signed up using Paypal. But to use the service, I have to be sent and ID and password. I never received these, so I can not use the service for which I've paid.
I have written to Sixtiesradio about not receiving ID and password, finally got a letter saying those had been sent to me. I wrote twice more saying I have not received them.
So, some e-mail from them comes through, but the e-mail I need to use the service does not come through. Hmmmm.
Paypal can do nothing as this is a service, not an item.
I'm not out a lot of money, but I just don't like any money taken from me in these circumstances. Is this happening to other people?
