I ordered from Snappy Music because their advertisement and another website said it was the number one site for music downloads. It offered a 2 year membership for 2.99 a month. They do not tell you on the home page that they take the money all at once. They do tell you that "if you ever become unhappy with your membership, you can cancel at anytime with no further obligation and no questions asked. They also do not tell you they are doing the same thing as Limewire and only share music that does not have a copyright.
When I called my bank I was shocked to find out they had collected $71.78. I was in shock so I am contacting my bank today and reporting fraud and disputing the charges. When I tried to call customer service I got a recording that stated they were sorry but I must go on-line and send an email and someone will contact me.
Well the whole thing is a scam and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in Georgia, Here is the information for Snappy Music according to www.bbb.org/atlanta/business-reviews/music-and-messaging-services - Snappy Music, 973 Revere Way, Hampton, GA 30228-5972. The number is 888-807-8277. There is more information that you can obtain from the Better Business Bureau website and you can also file a complaint against them on the site.
