I did set up service with this company, which was real easy, but after doing everything right I found out that my system was not compatible with my player so I canceled. This was within 5 minutes. But now there is no way to get a hold of this company as the listed phone number is never answered. This is just crazy. I have no way to get this money back that I can find.
