Clearwire offers to reduce your monthly rate to $19.99 but then they extend your contract for another year. If you want to cancel the contract before the year is up they charge $180. Cancellation fee. They say just by accepting the lower rate you accepted the cancellation fee. I know I was not told about a cancellation fee. When I asked for some proof that I was told they just say it says so in a note here.
I moved to Florida and the service I had wasn't very good but they didn't even offer to transfer the service. They CLEARLY won't get referrals or repeat business.
