Automatically took out money from my account every month without authorization Boca Raton Florida

I had ordered a DVD through Amazon.com in November. It never came.
I didn't think much about it, just figured they were out of stock... Then life got busy. I noticed deductions of 1.00 here and there on account from smart savings, so thought it was something to do with the bank. Then more.
After looking back, there has been 150.80 taken out of my account in increments of 29.95 and 12.00 and 1.00 since Nov. 24th, 08. I should have been more observent. Just want to get my money back and help stop them from doing this to others. Of course there is no way to get through to them, I have stopped pymt at my bank, and filed complaint with Attorney Generals office. What else can I do?
