I ordered a book from HBS AKA Hot Books Sales. When I got my Discover Card bill there was an additional charge on the card for some sort of ongoing progran which I had alledgedly joined. I never agreed to join any thing of the sort. I called the company and cancelled the program but they refused to refund or credit the charge. They insisted that I had ordered the program. I contacted Discover Card and disputed the charge. They gave me a temporary credit while they investigted the charge. After contacting "Smart Savings Center.com" which is the customer complaint department for HBS they were satisfied that I had indeed ordered the program. I have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Attorney general's Office which handles Consumer fraud which this indeed is. They are invertigating.
