I've not had the opportunity to remain online attached to the web for that previous 3 months. I've contact Alltel many times, and am informed every time that the solution is likely to be available of course if the issue can't be solved in 10 nights, I will stop my support without any fines. Every single moment I contact to check on the standing of the solution, I'm informed that the fresh ticket has be opend the prior evening and that I will need to delay another 190 times. Today was the fifth period I had been informed that! I've currently registered for Embarq DSL support, since I work at home and have to be linked. I had been informed today by Alltel that I can not stop before solution is shut and also the issue not solved. (that hasnot occurred by yet) until I spend a fee of $200.00. This can be a fraud! If anybody might help me solve this, and obtain my bill terminated with fines, please allow me to understand!
