I began on 6/3/09 to do computer bus ticket and gave all info and did not get a confirmation #. After two trys I named the coach range owner and informed her (Ms Williams) my issue. She stated I'd to call-in to get a solution and obtain a verification quantity and client identification# after which contact her back and he or she may examine to ensure no additional solution have been bought and also to additionally alter the cost towards the $98. Oo quantity which was outlined about the computer 6/3/09. I had been not able to obtain a owner until June 9 and in those days I had been informed the solution that were designed for me was unrefundable. I informed her that I'd requested for that refundable one when I didn't understand If it was okay with my sibling (She'd to choose me-up in the bus stop). After I desired to alter the location location from Huntington, WV to Lexington, Ky. The client support stated the ticket was unrefundable and he or she may stop and that I will need to purchase another solution. I informed her I had been not likely to stop this one and never obtain any reimbursement after which change and get a solution for that 16th of July rather than the 17 of July (1st solution bought) and never obtain anything in the 1st one. I'm publishing this to allow folks realize that the easiest way to buy a solution would be to visit the coach stop and doityourself.
