I was told that my son's photo was chosen to be in a book titled America's Most Beautiful Babies, The Eyes of Innocence. I purchased the book on Nov. 10. They also gave me an option to write a back story to the photo that would be included in the book for an additional fee which I included in my purchase. They gave me an invoice number and said that I would receive the book in 3-4 weeks. On my credit card statement it read; INTERN. LIBRARY OF PH, OWINGS MILLS MD.in the amount of the book, back story, S & H which totaled $103.95. Still to this day I have not received the book. I have called a number from the website that was no longer in service & e-mailed the customer service address that also was on the website which was returned to me undeliverable. Now I cannot find the website to get further information off of it. Now I have found this site and other victims of this apparent scam. I tried to call my credit card company to dispute this purchase but of course I cannot as the date of purchase is past their 1 year dispute date.
