Froze me out of my account, I cancelled my membership, keep charging my credit card with a monthly fee, will not respond to emails One World Financial Center, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10281,27th Floo

I joined in Dec 08 with a two month subscription minimum for 9.99 a month I downloaded games in Dec/Jan/Feb after that I was unable to download games - cancelled my membership April 24 09 - they keep charging me - I am froze out of my account - cannot download games even though I am still be charged. When I try to reset password - computer locks up - sent email's repeatedly no response. Will continue to try to reset my password so that I can update/remove my cc info.
