I signed up for a program, NOT, from Submit solutions, and then all of a sudden I started getting charged for their program. I was unaware of who and what they did, but apparently they said that I had a 14 day trial, that I was unaware of because the emails were sent from an automated system, which resulted them being filed automatically into my Spam folder. When I called the first person, told me that, " I should have read the fine print closer", after their phone system hung up 3 times, I finally reached a manager.
He agreed to refund one of the 39.95 payments, but was absolutely unwilling to refund the other two. I guess this is how companies can stay afloat these days. Sneak in little offers, and start charging you out of the blue without contacting you with your membership benefits or information.
This will be the last time.
