When I received my bank statment on Friday, May 15th, I noticed there were a couple of charges that were not approved charges by me or my husband. There was a number to call, so I called the number, I was told to go to refunds@grants 360 to get a refund. When I got to work this morning, I tried to get on-line, but received an error message. There were 2 charges to my account, 1 from grants360.com for 58.07 and another one from turbo-irs-ta.com for 38.52. The phone numbers on my statement for these 2 charges are: turbo-irs-ta-1-866-978-1126 and grants360.com-1-866-955-1669. When I called both numbers, the same girls answered for both companies! I did not order anything and defineatey did not give them permission to debit my checking account.
