I am writing to complain about the Dwyco Video conferencing service. It is a freeware video conferencing service. However I quickly found out if you have an opinion that changes drastically. Below is both an e-mail I sent them
regarding a complaint I had about the service and the response. My E-mail:

I am writing to complain about your charging for the enhanced feature of high quality zap messages. You are on a slippery slope of greed. I left ICUII and came to dwyco because they are a greed filled business more interested in getting your money than providing a good video chat experience. You have to understand and accept not everyone has the money to shell out for these advanced features. So we have to just go without? You
say it would put some much load on your servers. To that I just simply say
You need to update your servers then. Do not become the greedy empire of ICUII.

I thought this was very reasonable complaint and opinion. However I
found
the response to be less than kind. It is as follows:
Can't pay for it. We have to pay the bills, otherwise
there will be no dwyco. For you, i'm sure dwyco is recreational software.
If you think it is so important, why don't you pay for it?
In fact, i'm going to test you: you've been blocked, and you
will not be unblocked until you pay for a subscription.

see they advertise the service as free. They are forcing me to pay because I have an
opinion they didn't like. This to me is abusive and fraudulent. Any help you
give me in this matter is appreciated in advance
