Annertargeting.com is a SCAM. They send out e-mails trying to get people to call them and then promise top billing on internet search engines. You purchase "keywords" and they promise that your banner will show up on the top of all major search engines when someone types in the keyword you purchased.
Do not fall for this. The guy's name is RICK, but he may go under different names. This scam is similar to other scams that may have gone under the following names:
