On Apr 2 I placed an online order with Toysforlittleboys.com for an Extreme Pool Skooter for my grandson. I received an email confirming the order and advising me the item would ship in 24 hours. On April 13,2 days before the expected delivery, I receive an email from the representative, Ray Attebery advising me that they cannot ship the item as the only one in stock is damaged and they cannot get any from the distributor. I immediately emailed him to issue me a credit, and three days later again requested the credit to my card, which again he said he would issue the next day. When I received my credit card statement, they had processed the charge the day after my order was placed (April 3). Now 39 days later, I have yet to receive a credit. I obviously disputed the charge when he did not issue the credit.
If you check the website, the item I was told they could not provide is still listed as available. This site obviously participates in fraudulent business practices and should be avoided at all costs.
