Fraudulent billing to my ATT account

This month's ATT phone bill contains a monthly fee service charge by this company. I have never heard of this company; never completed any paperwork/internet forms that would provide them with my home telephone number, which I rarely use, and have no idea how they were able to access the informaion that would allow them to bill my ATT account.
