Sent a letter to J2 *eFax company on December 10 terminating the monthly service. We were never able to fax anything out, just receive faxes, and most of them were spam faxes. I received an email on December 14 at 4:51 pm confirming my cancellation request. J2 *eFax's email states - "Per your request, you account has been deactivated. Billing for your eFax number will cease immediately." J2 *eFax bills 30 days in advance for their non-service.
Subsequently, J2 *eFax has billed my credit card twice. I have contacted the company via telephone and they continually transfer me to a recorded message. I cannot find a human to speak with at this company.
