1) Mr. Mathis website is a sub-domain name that is why he has to use a yahoo e-mail address and not a domain address. 2) his website is missing at least 2 Federally required information that must be posted. According to Federal Law. I talked to the state of PA and No where is he listed as a Corporation, LLC, or even a DBA. I talked to a member service at yahoo and I was given these two rules.

I am asking my self why is Mr. Mathis posting peoples name on his website but he cannot follow simple rules of agreement. If Mr. Mathis was legit why is he using pay pal and not have a merchant account?
I did verify most of this content is stolen from other websites.including the U.S. Government website.
Mr. Mathis is on record oh he cannot be taken to court as he is protected. I hate to tell him this but he is not.
Only time one is protected is like on a form like this when true users post's and the owner does not edit. Or remove. But Mr. Mathis is on a chat room pretty much all day entrapping people He has listed a person that owns a Pizza restaurant and I have eaten there and met the owner. He is legit. But when hearing him and Mr. Mathis talk in the past. Mr. Mathis ask questions and when it is answered he assumes it is a scam he does not tale the time to check it out. He just post it to his sub-domain site. Mr. Mathis in the past was talking to Me I owned under1995 he asked me how it worked I told him I donate Gif Cards to Non profit agencies that is 501 (C) (3) for fundraisers they sell them or raffles them off and the person that buys or wins uses the card and I ship the item. Out. I had to change the name of the website thanks to Mr. Mathis twisting in his own mind. What he thinks is reality. What does Mr. Mathis do to give back to the community besides trying to scam people.
It is interesting why Mr. Mathis uses a PO Box and list his phone number. I seen a lot of sites that is better then Mr. Mathis. Template website and I doubt he paid for the use)
Mr. Mathis is the biggest scammer in that chat room. Mr. Mathis even charges people to gain access. If Mr. Mathis was legit why is it that he is not registered as a business and does not have a business licenses. I am now thinking if he pays any taxes on what he makes if he makes anything at all.
