I purchased Diablo 2 Lod items from the owner of d2 items Anthony on April 13th.
Several days went by and i got concerned because he usually delivers within 24 hours.
I wrote him 5 e-mails asking where the items were that i purchased.
I got no response from him.
I started an investigation thru Pay-pal because thats how it was paid for.
At that point he responded that he could not do anything until i closed the investigation at which time i would either get my items that i paid for or get my money back.
He was crying the money blues cause his Server cost him 4000.00 to fix and it had been out of service for several days.
He had been ok up to this point so i took him at his word and closed the investigation i started thru Pay-pal.
I even sent proof that i purchased these virtual items via the electronic reciept that Pay-pal always sends to people using their service to Anthony and to Pay-pal.
I asked him today where my items were He told me there was nothing he can do and to have a nice day
