I won 10 items on Savebig.com and 30 days later I have not yet received 8 items, I have contacted them twice about these items and only getting emails stating they are checking into this and should receive items in 5-7 days but could be up to 14 days. Time is up... TWICE I have also requested a full refund of money for purchases, $99 sign up fee and additional purchased bids. Have not yet heard back. I am talking about $289.00 and not sure how much longer I should give them or who should I contact to get items or money back. All of this has been done by email so I will have something to track to confirm contacting the company and their responses.
