I purchased a Croton watch with 3 faces for use with multiple time zones. The main face had an hour hand that did not keep the correct time.
ShopNBC instructed me on how to return the watch and get a refund. I followed their instructions advising them of the defect.
They have refused to reimburse my shipping charges claiming that the watch was not defective.
I have emailed them repeatedly and they are not responding.
