Called, emailed and wrote to Shopnbc to get them to pay shipping on a defective Acer lap top keyboard. When it arrived, the S and D keys did not work. They won't pay the lousy $20-25 to ship it back to be repaired or replaced. They'll pay to return the whole package, which is ridiculous and expense, but they won't pay for just the keyboard. Neither Acer nor shopnbc will pay! Poor customer service and it's not just the $, it's the principle of it. Bad!!
