Classmates.com, which used to be customer service oriented, no longer is.
1 - if you discover a problem with the service there does not exist a way to report it.
2 - e-mails to them ARE NOT READ - rather they are automatically responded to. Example - I've cut myself & am bleeding - what should I do? Answer - clear your cache - make sure you are using the most current web browser & make sure your firewalls & anti-virus programs are current. (get my drift here)
3 - they feel their HELP section answers EVERY possible conceivable question a user might have yet of course that is impossible.
4 - you are NOT allowed to speak with anyone. Rather they refer you to #3.
5 - and if by chance you do get them to speak with you, you have to give them your phone # so they can call you.
In other words, while not a rip-off, still, any company being paid for a service that does not make customer service their main priority, is a company to be placed on your 'alert' or 'red flag' list.
