I purchased a 1 year subscription to classmates.com. On Sept 18 they automatically renewed my subscription and charged $39.00 to my visa. I never authorized this charge. I sent an email about this that was never returned. I then I called customer service to explain that I did not authorize this and wanted the subsrcription to be cancelled and my money refunded, I was told they didn't do that. Then she tried to sell me a cheaper membership. I said no to that also and then she offered a refund of $37. I asked to speak to a manager but the customer service person said no. I have filed a dispute through my visa.
