I found a used Kubota tractor on trader.ca supposedly from the Calgary area being sold by a Mark Alexander. The deal seemed to good to be true with the item being near new condition and less than half fair market value. All communication was via email. I was suspect so in searching "Bay Vehicle Purchase Protection" I found this webpage outlining other similar scams.

We are expecting a baby in a few weeks and I really want to improve the old house we bought when we moved in time for the baby. The tractor is ready for the shipping in the shipping company warehouse. As you probably noticed, the price is $6,800 for you if you will buy it today or tomorrow.
