I am disabled and ordered a cape for my service dog. When the cape arrived it looked significantly different than the picture of the product. When I tried to contact the company to remedy the problem, they said that all of their products look like that even though those are not the product photos you use to order online. She refused a refund, and ended communication without any resolve.in addition, I used their sizing chart, and the product I ordered did not fit. I have pictures of my service animal measured with cape that does not fit and has an additional marketing patch sewn on it. Beware, there are many other sites out there that offer service dog products. Use one of them. Tanya Smith, was not accommodating for someone who makes their living supposedly creating service dog supplies. I have no choice but take up things4yourdog.com up with my credit card company, as they will not refund or remedy the time sensitive product. Avoid at all costs.
