I began my membership towards the support of Degree Five Hosting as my Internet and Ecommerce Hosting Company on March 1st 2008 (10-01). The purchase was to get a domainname for just two decades @ 19.90 USD and, website hosting membership of payment per month of 9.95 USD. I've created the membership cost of 9.95 through paypal.
Our knowledge in the site was the domainname registration was a-one off cost of 19.90 USD legitimate for just two years. The payment per month was 9.95 USD for hosting my site.
I've arrived at observe that my Degree Five Hosting was receiving me 19.9 USD twice - an overall total monthly cost of of 39.80 USD from March -10- 2008 to January 3rd 2009.
I've informed Degree five Hosting via email hanging paypal specifics, for this miscrepancy, plus they appologised and created a reimbursement of 19.9 USD within the month of January
Until Jan I had been just due for 19.90 (4 x 9.95) = 59.70 USD. However they charged 159.60 USD.
Again, in month of Feb, Degree Hosting billed me 39.80 USD to my paypal account. I've lifted a challenge with paypal for this unsanctioned action.in reaction, Degree Five, ended consideration and that I wasn't ready to login towards the website whatsoever.in a nutshell they ceased their solutions. Paypal recommended me to consider this problem straight with Degree five Hosting for reimbursement.
I've posted a solution to Degree Five for unable to login in Feb, that I'venot obtained any reaction. The consideration was ended without my demand, and that I was billed from January to April to get a whole of 79.60 USD
In April I delivered my termination request to Degree Hosting, and that I obtained a termination reaction from tthem via email. On May 5th I've been billed 19.9 USD again, without my authorisation to my paypal account. Stage Five Hosting owe me an overall total of 179.45 USD to date today.
I've sent them a email seeking a reimbursement, but considering how bad their support and preceding conversation is, I'm unsure of the good response.
Any advice what I will do to obtain my money-back and prevent them getting me again. There are several reviews from this organization I came across on Internet / URL eliminated/
