After seeing the advertisement on television many times, I ordered my free CD from Video Professor. The woman taking the order was pushy and wanted me to order more. I made it clear that I only wanted the free CD and would order if I felt that the training CD's were beneficial.
Within one week, I have received three packages! When I called the toll free number to get my return number for the other CD's, I was sent to a voice prompt to give my number. They said they would return the call. It has been days since I left my message.
After checking into the complaints and learning what this company had done to others, I contacted my credit card to see what they had charged so far. The $6.95 was on there (the agreed shipping amount). Another charge was for a package of 3 Permacharts was for $14.95. I had not ordered this.
Fortunately the other $69.95 charges had not been billed yet (that was for the 3rd unordered package that I received)!
I know that it may be inconvenient but the best thing that you could do it what I did and that was to: CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD!
This is assure you that they cannot keep billing you for unordered merchandise.
This coupany should be stopped!
