Kevin "Rock" Reiss has been doing business under the HeyWhatEver Concept for 10 years. The company promotes itself to be many, many things, little of which are actually real or true. Background information in his own words can be found at this link: http://theheywhateverconcept.info/aboutus.html
The company is constantly promoted as being a huge conglomerate while in reality it is just a handful of people. If products and services were delivered as promised and paid for, this would not be an issue. The issue lies in Kevin collecting payments for services he promises to render while never fully delivering on any of his promises.
My wife and I were recruited into this business five years ago under what we now understand were based on a pile of lies. We had a contract with the company where we would come on board and help the company obtain up to $20,000 in credit on zero percent credit cards while working hard to grow and develop the company.in exchange for this, we were issued stock in the company totaling 40% of the shares. The contract stated that should the company not be able to pay off the cards before the zero percent interest ended that all property purchased using those cards would become ours.in the end, the balances on these cards turned into four times the amount originally agreed to and "investors" were brought in by Kevin so that payments could be made on the cards. We all were given promises about how big the company will be and the kind of huge returns we would all get on our money.
In the mean time, next to no products or services were actually sold and none of us could keep Kevin focused on any one thing long enough for any of it to be completed. My contract was not honoredin fact he still has several items in his possession that by contract belong to me yet he refuses to hand them over to me. Debts of this company have rolled into my mortgage. Collection companies call here constantly.
We currently have a list of more than 60 people who have complaints against Kevin and his business practices. We know of more than $500,000 that has been "invested" and lost through Kevin's bad business practices. The total likely is more than this but this is what we are aware of so far. There is much more detail that can be added to this complaint. Please let us know what is most pertinent and where we can begin with you. We have reopened the door with Mark Dorman from Wisconsin's Department of Financial Institutions Division of Securities as he had previously put together a findings regarding Kevin Reiss. It's file number S-06199 (EX) issued in February and can be found online at this link near the bottom of the page: http://www.wdfi.org/newsroom/admin_orders/07_archive.htm.

Kevin needs to be stopped. He has hurt a huge number of families. I will not stand by and watch this continue. We need your help. Deep down he means well and has shown himself to be a good person but he is misguided and will only follow his own will and somehow does not understand the amazing amount of financial trouble he has brought to so many people. He is very persuasive and has a fractured sense of reality and will continue on this path until someone or something with authority addresses this problem. He is a religious man and is a minister with license suspended at the Bread of Life church in Fond du Lac. This matter is quite complex but the basic outcome for all he interacts with has a very consistent theme: do business with Kevin and you will lose. He has had so many opportunities. I have wanted him to succeed even for my own personal reasons as I would like to get paid back for all I've lost. He does not believe he truly is indebted to us but claims that, through the goodness of his heart, he will get us our money back through HeyWhatEver. We've requested that he put that intention on paper and he refuses. The more we've inquired with past business partners and customers, the more lies we've discovered and the more money we've discovered has been lost and the more unhappy people we've foundall wanting and willing to assist our efforts today in stopping Kevin from continuing on this path.
