I was scammed by a man that called himself "Charles Johnson" for a certain amount of the above mentioned amount I would receive 10 monetised websites and 3 years of hosting with hands on look over the shoulder counseling. I went to the site and it would not work, nothing I did would make it work. I called their support center and they said that they would have their tech call me which he did not..
I had to call several times then finally the so called tech named Jason contacted me and after 1/2 hour on the phone the site still would not work I had him say well it works here on my computer but not on mine. So I tried my laptop which has the latest operating system and it would not work on it either. So he said that he would have his techs look at it and fix it well after a week and several more phone calls it still would not work. Too this day it still does not work.
Now I cannot even get a hold of him or the support staff the phone answering takes over and they never call me back or the voice mail says it is full and cannot take anymore messages. So here I am stuck with an unoperable product and out $268.00.
I am not sure how many people they have scammed out of their money. I will be sending a complaint to the BBB, And the Attorney Generals Office of Arizona, along with a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
