Charles, AKA Ricoh, owes over $25,000 in child support. Refuses to even may a minimum of $100 a month to help pay for medical bills for my daughter. Last payment was made in May. This was due redirection of his taxes that were filed, not because he made the payment.
NC & FL child support agencies have been unsuccessful in collecting support due to his job movements. Last known job was Wax On Wheels. Ricoh claimed to be the business owner.
Ricoh has disconnected us from his phone and does not contact the children via snail mail nor email.
I have tried several times to ask for money and was told it was on it's way, however, he would make excuses that he forgot to put a stamp on the envelope or it was lost in the mail. Always has excuses.
Please help me locate this Deadbeat Dad and collect what is owed or put him in jail, where he would rather want to work to pay to help support his children I am sure he enjoyed making.
