I signed up for ComCast Cable (Saint Joseph Michigan) which through broadband offers.com I was suppose to receive a rebate of $200 (this was for triple play) after several months of phone calls of which I received the run around each time such as Oh you need to wait 10 -12 weeks or you have to have you service for three months before this is valid, we will e-mail you, ComCast has nothing to do with these offers (yet they allow another party to make these offers) and the last I heard was you needed to file this within 60 days of ordering. I could not even get a form, forms not online never mailed a form to me they just keep telling me to wait. They make this offer and then make it impossible to receive or as another complaint on this web-site states they claim to have never received it.
Is there anyway to find out how many people take these offers in good faith and what is actually ever paid out if anything for these offers. The broadbandoffers.com site list several companies that they to do business with.
