I originally ordered a necklace from shop dani at the charge of $9.00 as an introductory offer and within 2 weeks was charged an additional $68.00. I called and was told they are an auto ship program. I elected to accept this charge as I had received the 2nd piece of jewelry and canceled the auto shipment of their products, which they fail to mention in their ad. This was in August and September. On November 6 I found a charge from them in the amount of $89.00 on my bank statement. After calling numerous times I finally got through to a live person (this is a rare occurrence) and was told they had no idea how my account was charged and that I would receive a full refund at the next billing cycle, which would be December 6th. It is now January 12 and I am still waiting for my refund and getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. If I leave a message on their service I never receive a callback.
