Mr Josic rented equipment from me last October. He used a Profilebuilder, LLC company credit card for the deposit. The contract he signed was for a weekend rental (Saturday pick-up, Monday return). Nearly two week (and several phone calls from my staff) later, I had to drive to the address given on the contract to retrieve the equipment. We were unable to retrieve the coupler used to tow the equipment, or a run of cable used in operating the equipment. When we ran the credit card for the rent owed, it declined.
Over the course of the next few weeks we spoke to Mr Josic several times. Each time being promised timely payment.By mid November he had disconnected the phone for which we had the number.
Mr Josic spoke respectfully to my staff and Me. His actions however, demonstrate a lack of respect for my equipment, my staff, and the contractual agreement between us.
