I sent back defender pro 5 in 1 antivirus software, because they state money back gaurantee if not satisfied! I sent it back in feb 4 i have not had a response from them after numerous email attempts, i go to call their 1800 # and i get put on hold for 30, minutes at a time ikeep calling back and they keep putting me on hold for various times, no response!!! I am still waiting for my refund! I even got a usps confirmation # to show they had received the package. Still nothing yet!!
