I purchased 21 items of leather clothing and apparel for my wife from this individual on ebay.

When the goods arrived and were inspected several faults were noted. These included incorect size items, badly made items and items not as ordered.

I contacted the seller with the details by email and they said that they would get back to me. Meanwhile some of the clothing was tried for fit and worn a couple of times.
The fit was bad in all cases. But having spent a lot of money we persevered. Two of the items were leather corset dresses. Both of these had a severe failure on a seam at the stitch line and were rendered un wearable.

I again sent several e mails to the seller and some digital photos of the damaged items. The seller after several persistant reminders from me agreed to replace the items. This took up a period of 5 weeks to get this far. The seller was hard to contact and the excuse given was that thier aunt had cancer and was terminal.

I agreed to give time to put things in order. Arrangements were made for replacement items to be made to the correct measurements which were confirmed by the seller.

There then was a period of another 6 weeks of email tag in which several different excuses were given as to why the goods were not produced.

Then silence for a couple of weeks. Eventually I managed to contact the seller and when asked what the problem was I was informed that they were involved in a very serious auto wreck. This was in the second week in December. I was told in several e mails that as soon as they were well enough to leave hospital that my replacement goods would be sent to me.

Then Christmas and new year came and went and still no goods and more promises. Also at this time thier ebay trader alias changed. It took a lot of carefull investigation on my part to find them.

By now I had tried to contact pay pal and ebay to try to have thier dispute resoloution team look into this.
Unfortunatly I did not report it in time as there is a cutoff point of 45 days from the close of auction. They were sympathetic and hard to contact but declined to help.

I have been trying to reason with this person by e mail on a bi weekly average since January. All response has stopped as of 9/03.

I have a copy saved of all messages between my self and this person.

I think I am a very reasonable and trusting person.
This person has taken total advantage of this fact. I even offered my condolances on hearing of the aunts illness and offered to help discuss any issues as I had been through a similar scenario with my family.
If this makes me out to be a fool then so be it.

Do not trade with this person on ebay or any other site!
