I, like thousands of others, never received the promised rebates when Cyber Rebate declared bunkruptcy. Additionally, I never got credit for returned (and signed for) items. They have both the goods and the money. On the plus side, I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation, filled out the required paperwork, and under the Billing Rights Summary described by my credit card company, may not be held liable for the charges. Contact them - it's worth a try.
