Same as the other complaints. An unauthorized "check" drawn on my checking account under the name of an ex-boyfriend. When following up, advised that this was for an online subscription to Demi Box Ltd and verified through an email address very similar to ex-boyfriends name. IP address for email is 208.99.73.68 and located in Waltham MA. We live in Kansas. Also told to expect a refund in 3-6 days. It's been 6 days. No refund. When I called Alliance Network and spoke with a Heather and a Rebecca, both were very nice and full of information and stated they didn't mind issuing a refund because they'd get their reimbursement from their client. We'll see.
