Appears like the $295MM with debt has swept up with IntraLinks.income is down somewhat decades over 2009 because of gentle/non existent mortgage marketplace... Fall in M&A, non competitive corporate answer, PE, and Life Sciences...
By today. It had been anounced there are huge layoffs occurring again!!! What gives? May be the neighborhood mailing it is company elsewhere??? Anything they be seemingly SIGNIFICANTLY considering... They're dropping support people and marketshare quickly.
Think about administration? Who's leading IntraLinks in to the pit??? Who buys a business for $475 MM and appoints a boss without management expertise? Think about revenue administration??? Joking? Right? Seems like the celebration is closing... Period for that Panel to consider severe activity. It is no further about reducing expenses... Its about reducing BRAINS!
The traders CAn't be pleased! But... Are they prepared to BEHAVE? That's the issue...
