This company sells Verizon Fios. After a brief minimum wage training period lasting approximately one week, you are to go door to door and sell Verizon Fios. You will receive lead sheets with potential customers listed. You then must drive all over God's creation to visit these customers. If you are lucky, you may get one or two sales over a period of 10 hours. A sale is worth about $10-$60. You must lay out all of the expenses to make your sales. You must attend morning and evening meetings without pay. These meetings last between 1 and 3 hours. You will constantly be yelled at if you do not meet minimum goals. After making sales and getting paid for them, you will lose about 35% in "charge backs" for alleged cancellations and mistakes. You will never recoup these charge backs even if proven to be false charge backs. The turnover rate is over 75% monthly. Verizon subs out the door to door sales to others because their unions would never allow employees to work below minimum wages or for free.
