They take inmediately $ 197 from my account but after i paid an error occured in my screen that i did not let me finished

I paid $ 197 for a course that i was supposed to start downloading right away, but after the screen where you have to put your financial information, an error appeared that did not let me do nothing else. I check my account, and of course, theytook inmediately my money, so i emailed them, with no answer at all since them. I called and they said that i am supposed to receive my course by mail, but in the website said that you can start the same minute that you buy the course. I emailed them again saying that i am going to report them with complaint, but that did not work neither. I don'tknow what else to do. Can you help me???
