These people promised me a local # to be able to speak to my brother in jail in Missouri. Im in Il. They emailed me saying the service his jail uses is called Encartel and that I needed to follow their link and create an account. I did and as I was finishing the account creation an encartel screen pops up for me to log in. I attempt to do so and another screen reads: SORRY SYSTEM ERROR. I try to reort this on their homepage with their e-mail under contact us and when I hit send... It pops up SORRY SYSTEM ERROR. I want my money back!!! This is a complete scam.
