I had been searching the internet for work at home opportunities because I have a young baby and I wanted to stay at home with her. I came across this website "worktrends.org" and bought whatever it was that they were trying to sell. I paid a $40.00 "startup" fee (I think it was $39.95) with my credit card and got nothing out of it. I was supposed to be an at home ad typist.
I was stupid for even considering this company without first checking it out. I sat at my computer for hours typing ads in various classified websites throughout the country, sat back, and waited. Nothing happened. I was supposed to be paid everytime somebody looked at the ad I typed and even more if somebody signed up for the service.
I was paid a total of $1.25 for everything. Actually I was supposed to be paid through Paypal but not even the $1.25 was put into that account. I emailed them asking for my money back but nothing came of it. I tried a couple weeks later to go back to the website but the server was completely down and the website either went out of "business" or noved without telling anybody. All I want is my money back.
