Will not honer the warranty I can get phone call in but I can not call out

This going on for 3 days now the something over and over stell the tech's make it look like they are trying to help you but they are not when you ask for them to send you a new one and have do this all over and over.

Ethel: Please unplug your magicJack and plug it back to the different port there.

Ethel: Go to "Start" in Windows and click on "Run".

Ethel:. Type in: regedit and then press "Enter" or click "OK".

I Said: then where

Ethel: Now click on the [ ] sign next to "HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Click on the [ ] sign next to "SYSTEM".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Click on the [ ] sign next to "CurrentControlSet".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Click on the [ ] sign next to "Enum".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Find the folder named "USB".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Right-click on that folder and then click on "Permissions".

I Said: ok

Ethel: In "Permissions", click the checkbox for "Allow" to the right of "Full Control", and then click "OK".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Now click on the [ ] sign next to "USB".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Find two folders named "Vid1307". Right-click on each of those folders, then click "Delete". It's ok if "Vid1307" is not there, it will be deleted anyway

Ethel: Click on the [-] sign next to "USB".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Right-click on the folder named "USBSTOR" and then click on "Permissions".

I Said: ok

Ethel: In "Permissions", click the checkbox for "Allow" to the right of "Full Control", and then click "OK".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Now click on the [ ] sign next to "USBSTOR".

I Said: ok

Ethel: Find the folders named "CdRom&Ven_YMAX&Prod_MagicJack&Rev" and "Disk&Ven_YMAX&Prod_MagicJack&Rev".

Ethel: Right-click on each of them, then click "Delete".

I Said: ok Delete it

Ethel: Please close regedit and plug back your magicJack. Then please try to place a call afterwards.

Anika: 1. Please click the Menu button on the softphone then Volume/Headset Control and check if you have properly toggled to Telephone or Headset.

I Said: yes

Anika: Did you use a telephone?

I Said: yes

Anika: Please unplug your phone and try placing a call using your dial pad.

I Said: that i was using ant not a thing

Anika: One moment please...

I Said: the some thing

Anika: I see

Anika: Please unplug your magicjack for 5 mins and plug it back again at the back of your tower.

I Said: ok

I Said: is it ok to put it in

Anika: Please try to plug it at the back of your tower.

I Said: ok it is in

Anika: May I know if you see the softphone or dial pad?

I Said: yes

Anika: Please try to place a call again.

I Said: no

Anika: Click on Start button then select RUN in there type devmgmt. Msc and press Enter.

I Said: ok

Anika: At Device Managers' window, click the to the left of Disk drives. Do you see YMAX MagicJack USB Device?

I Said: yes

Anika: Right click on YMAX MagicJack USB Device and select Uninstall

I Said: it is want me to restart then i will lose you if i do this

Anika: Please dont restart.

I Said: ok

Anika: Expand the plus sign to the left of CD / DVD drives.

Anika: Do you see YMAX MagicJack USB Device in there?

I SaidI Said: yes

Anika: Right click on YMAX MagicJack USB Device and select Uninstall

I Said: ok

Anika: Now, right click on any installed device under Disk Drives and select "Scan for Hardware Changes".

I Said: want me to restart

Anika: One moment please...

Anika: Please unplug your magicjack and restart your computer in order to take effect.

Anika: Please chat us back again if your having same issue.
